I had researched Windows and Door replacement companies for 3 months before finally selecting Panorama Windows and Doors. Knowing that this was to be a "permanent" solution, it was important to me to find a partner who had a superior product and also be a trusted partner who would had superior customer service.
I found all that and more with Dan, from Panarama. He was patient with answering all the questions and concerns that I had and offered me opportunities to see past projects and visit the showroom to get a better understanding of the types o products they offered. Dan was by far, the best person to partner with when managing this big project, of replacing all my doors and windows of my home.
The icing on the cake was the days of installation. He assured me that only the best certified installers would work on my project- and boy, was he not kidding about that! The team were fast, efficient, courteous, cleanly and dare I say- "perfectionists" at their work. Their attention to detail gave me great comfort.
Overall, it was the one of the best experiences I have had with doing renovation projects around the home. We are absolutely blown away with our new front door. It went beyond our expectations. Yana, their sales rep, was simply amazing. She was so attentive and took a genuine interest in making sure our vision came to life for the outside of our home.
The front door actually became the inspiration for our whole makeover and it turned out to be such a showstopper. The install was smooth, the team was great, and the end result is a completely new look for our house. We love it, and so many people have already stopped to tell us how good it looks, even calling our yellow door a bright ray of sunshine.

Wonderful customer service right from the beginning with the sales lady. She was great. She didn’t try to up sell me or anything. Great knowledge of the product. The insulation went perfectly. The gentleman is very professional and he does an excellent job. right down to the fine details on re-trimming the door for you. And the product seems like a very good quality very happy from the very beginning to the very end. This was the Barrie location

This is by far the best window company. We shopped around and dealt with several notible companies for quotes, but the professionalism and thoroughness of Otto and his crew were phenomenal. From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew we were dealing with a caring company. Window installation team were wonderful and clean workers! Windows are gorgeous and pricing was reasonable. Wow, I’m super excited about the results. It looks incredible, I feel like I’m in a brand new house! If you are looking for a window company that is honest, trustworthy and will provide value for your dollar, Panorama Windows and Doors is the one. My knowledge on window/door styles was minimal and Otto simplified that for me by providing insight based on his industry knowledge and experience. He was very patient, respectful, honest, and didn’t try to upsell or sell me a product that was out of my financial reach and or wouldn’t fit in the space. The process from start to finish was uneventful. Instillation was over a few days and the process was seamless.The servicemen cleaned up nicely afterwards leaving no trace of their workmanship except for my gorgeous windows and doors. I can’t show you the whole house but I’ve left a few photos. I recommend Panorama Windows and Doors 💯!
