It took us about two years to find a company we could trust to help with our whole-house window and door replacement. I said to myself, “This is the company I can confidently rely on.” Dan patiently consulted with us four or five times, treating us as if we were part of his own family. He also provided us with excellent financial advice and guided us through the process of getting a loan.
He supported us every step of the way and eventually sent two polite and professional installers, Rustam and his colleague, to do the job. They arrived exactly on schedule and worked diligently. Not only did they complete the installation beautifully, but they also carefully uninstalled and reinstalled our California shutters—something other companies had refused to do.
The entire process took less than four days, and I was still able to keep up with my chores while they worked. The new doors and windows look amazing, and now I feel fully prepared for the upcoming long Canadian winters!

Great guys to work with. We had a budget, they helped us stay within it. This was part of a full gut that we were doing ourselves but this was one area we wanted a pro to do for us.
It did take some time before they were ready but that’s to be expected. We went all black, in and out and are very happy with it. All in all we are happy and will use Panorama for our basement windows replacement project when we are ready.

He offered amazing design, perfect product and professional service. Our door handle and hardware were also custom and we had a variety of choices - not typical pieces.
